Celebrating one of our most iconic collections with Nahtrang Studio and the unveiling of a new three-dimensional composition

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of Volta, Estiluz brought together interior designers, architects, and design professionals at the Cubiñá showroom to celebrate the journey of one of the brand’s most iconic collections. The event, held together with Nahtrang Studio, offered guests the opportunity to revisit the history of the luminaire and get an exclusive first look at its latest evolution.

During the conversation, the designers shared the origins of Volta, its creative process, and how the collection continues to evolve ten years later while preserving the essence that has made it a benchmark in contemporary lighting design.

A new dimension for Volta

The highlight of the evening was the presentation of a new interpretation of Volta, expanding the family with two new pendant lights in different diameters. While maintaining the purity of its signature design language, its delicate linear silhouette evolves into a three-dimensional composition that establishes a new relationship between light, architecture, and space.

Combined, the new pieces create a sculptural chandelier with a triangular geometry, capable of adding depth, rhythm, and new perspectives while preserving the essence of the Catalan vault that inspired the collection ten years ago. A natural evolution that responds to the changing ways we inhabit contemporary spaces, where lighting plays a leading role in shaping atmospheres and experiences.

A celebration shared

The event took place at the iconic Casa Thomas, home to the Cubiñá showroom in Barcelona, a space where heritage, architecture, and contemporary design come together naturally. An exceptional setting to celebrate a collection that, over the past decade, has continually adapted to new projects and trends while staying true to its identity.

Guests also had the chance to win a special Memphis-inspired edition of the Revolta table lamp, also designed by Nahtrang Studio and reinterpreted by the creative team at Tactica.
