Shapes, designed by Jordi Pla, has been selected as a finalist in the 2026 NYCxDesign Awards, the prestigious awards organized by Interior Design Magazine that annually recognize some of the most outstanding projects and products on the international design scene. Shapes: geometry, balance, and functionality

Shapes was conceived with a strong architectural approach and a natural ability to integrate seamlessly into a space. This wall light combines geometry, balance, and functionality through two metal shades that wrap around the light source and project indirect illumination, creating soft and welcoming atmospheres with a contemporary, refined aesthetic. Its asymmetric and versatile design allows for multiple configurations, making it an ideal lighting solution for both residential spaces and hospitality or contract projects.

The winners of the 2026 NYCxDesign Awards will be announced on May 18 in New York during a gala organized by Interior Design, bringing together some of the most influential voices in design, architecture, and interiors from the New York scene.
